Our Philosophy
Education creates capacity. Leaders who understand their numbers make stronger decisions, ask better questions, and carry that confidence long after the program ends.
Strong finances make stronger missions.
From the Founder
Before Prosper Learning Co., I spent years as a CFO inside nonprofits: sitting in board meetings, building budgets, untangling restricted funds, and having hard conversations with funders.
Again and again, I saw brilliant leaders who knew their missions deeply but had never been taught how to use their numbers with confidence. So I started teaching, and when one foundation renewed the program four times in three years, I knew this work needed its own home.
Education creates capacity. Leaders who understand their numbers make stronger decisions, ask better questions, and carry that confidence long after the program ends.
We teach finance in plain language, using real nonprofit reports, budgets, and decisions. The work is practical, supportive, and built for immediate use.
Leadership
The people behind Prosper Learning Co. are educators, operators, and people who have spent years inside nonprofit organizations. We are a small team that cares deeply about the leaders we serve.

Founder & CEO
Stephanie Skryzowski is the Founder and CEO of two companies built around the same belief: that strong finances mean stronger missions. 100 Degrees Consulting provides financial strategy and bookkeeping services to nonprofits around the world. Prosper Learning Co. delivers practical, jargon-free financial capacity building to nonprofit leaders who want to lead their organizations with clarity and confidence, no accounting degree required.
With 20 years of experience working inside and alongside nonprofits, Stephanie has become the person leaders call when the numbers feel overwhelming, and the mission is too important to leave to chance. She holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from New York University with a focus on nonprofit management and finance, and when she's not talking about cash flow, she's traveling the world with her husband and two daughters.

Operations Manager
Holly is passionate about supporting others so they can thrive, achieve their goals, and align with their passions. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations & Communications from Metropolitan State University and brings years of experience in operations, event management, and program coordination. Her love of systems, efficiency, and problem-solving - especially when it comes to technology - drives her work supporting clients, students, and the Prosper Learning Co. team.
Based in Las Vegas with her husband and daughter, Holly is an avid traveler who has explored 47 states and 17 countries. When she’s not working, she enjoys planning her next adventure, trying new recipes, and spending time outdoors with her family—especially over Thai or Italian cuisine.
Prosper is built around practical financial confidence: funders can see the momentum, and nonprofit leaders can keep using what they learn long after the program ends.
Growing capacity
Nonprofit leaders learn to read, explain, and use their numbers with more confidence.
Renewed trust
One foundation partner has renewed funding across four rounds of the program.
Repeatable rhythm
Five months of focused learning, five hours per month, designed for 30-50 leaders at a time.
The John R. Oishei Foundation has funded Master Your Nonprofit Numbers® for their grantee network four times in three years. Repeat investment from a single foundation is the rarest signal of impact in this sector, and it's the proof point we lead with for a reason.
Our Journey
Each milestone along our journey to becoming a national education platform reflects our commitment to building lasting financial capacity across the nonprofit sector.
2015
Stephanie launches 100 Degrees Consulting, providing fractional CFO services to nonprofits. She starts to see the pattern: brilliant leaders, important missions, and a financial confidence gap no one was closing.
2020
Master Your Nonprofit Numbers™ launches as a structured program, turning two decades of observation into transformational education. The first program proves the model works.
2024
Foundations begin licensing MYNN for their grantee networks. Four rounds of renewed funding from a single foundation validates the approach and the outcomes.
2026
PLC spins off as a standalone education and licensing company. Our mission to bring financial management education to nonprofit leaders around the world gets its own institution.
Common questions about who we are and how we work.
A financial education company built specifically for the nonprofit sector. Our flagship program, Master Your Nonprofit Numbers™, builds lasting financial capacity in nonprofit leaders. We license the program to foundations to deploy across their grantee networks, and we offer it directly to individual leaders who want to learn at their own pace.
Executive directors, program managers, development directors, board treasurers — any nonprofit leader who manages finances but didn't train in finance. No prerequisites required!
Yes! Licensing to foundations and nonprofits is our primary model. We handle curriculum, facilitation, and program delivery. You deploy it across your grantee network with your co-branding and your outcomes in mind.
Consulting creates dependency — you hire someone to manage your finances. Education creates capacity — you learn to manage them yourself. Every program we build is designed to make leaders more capable, not more reliant on us.
Five months, five hours per month. Sessions blend live instruction with hands-on application to your organization's real numbers. Designed for busy leaders with full plates.
If any of this sounds like the kind of work you want to be part of, as a foundation partner, a network leader, a nonprofit team, or a leader looking to grow your own skills, we'd love to hear from you!
