A structured financial education program that gives nonprofit leaders the skills, tools, and confidence to lead their organizations with clarity. Six learning pillars and a capstone project, delivered in a guided group experience.
How It Works
Five hours of focused learning each month. Groups of nonprofit leaders move through the program together, with a mix of self-paced video lessons, guided workbook exercises, and live group sessions where participants apply what they're learning to their own organizations.

Meet Stephanie
Stephanie Skryzowski is the founder of Prosper Learning Co. For nearly twenty years, she has worked alongside nonprofit leaders who were thrust into financial leadership roles without the training to match the responsibility.
After living a version of that story herself, Stephanie built Prosper to give nonprofit leaders the tools, language, and confidence to lead their finances clearly, grow their impact and income, and stop wondering what they’re missing.
